If you need immediate support
My practice provides outpatient psychotherapy and is not a crisis response service. I may not be immediately available by phone, email, or message, and those methods should not be used when you or someone else needs urgent help.
If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of suicide, or significant emotional distress, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. It is free, confidential, and available 24/7 throughout Washington. You can also contact 988 if you’re concerned about someone else.

For a mental health or substance-use crisis, call or text 988, or call the King County Regional Crisis Line at 206-461-3222. Crisis counselors can provide support, connect you with services, and, when appropriate, arrange an in-person Mobile Crisis Team response.
